Finally...

There's a post! Haha. Anyway, the past two days have been rather fun and I enjoyed myself very much.  

Wednesday was spent at NKF and the bus ride there was really funny.  We even thought we missed the stop! Haha who knew the bus was going to make a big round and arrive opposite NKF in the end. We (Naomi, Jenny and Soph) then went to the really nice toilet (haha) before waiting for Jeanne and meeting in room Benevolence or something with the NKF people heh.  Okay I'm kinda tired right now so I guess I'll not really blog much about it. However, it was good fun all in all and I enjoyed myself.

Today was spent going to the National Museum and its better than I'd expected it to be. Not really all that boring and museum-ish haha.  The huuuge man which greeted us at the entrance was pretty freaky tho. Like I still wonder what the statue's made of hehe. I'm not a pervert btw!  We then had lunch at SMU's subway cos it rained suddenly on our way to Dhoby Ghaut's. We were seriously caught by surprise haha! We then had to make do with Jenny's and Sue Huey's umbrellas. 2 umbrellas for 6 people (Naomi, Jenny, Jeanne, Delia, Sue Huey and I) so it was 3 to 1! Haha. Again, I'm feeling kinda tired and lazy (hehe) so this shall suffice.  Anyway, the whole trip was filled with a lot of laughter and I had fun.

Yep, so enough of what happened in my life. Now, it's on to the quiz which Naomi tagged me to do and the reason for me to finally revive my dead-er than dead blog haha.

I’ll want everyone to feel satisfied with their life and live together in peace yay! Haha.

CHUCK! Omg I still can’t get over the fact that he left without Blair! Ahh…. Breaks my heart so much

I’ll donate some to a charitable cause, give some to my parents and (maybe) brother before spending the rest myself.

ED WESTWICKKK FTW!  Haha. Eh actually just anyone who loves me for who I am and is able to tolerate me all the time heh.

6. Which is more blessed, loving someone or being loved by someone?

Being loved, I guess haha.

7. How long do you intend to wait for someone u really love?

Hmm. If the person truly loves me back and reciprocates the mutual feeling, I don’t think he’ll leave me hanging right? So, uh, not very

long! Haha.

8. If the person you secretly like is already attached, what would you do?

Move on. Heh.

9. Is there anything that has made you extremely happy?

Yeah, more than one thing, definitely. There are just too many to pinpoint!

I’m grateful for so many things that I really can’t choose one!

Hiatus

(now it's for real and not just another excuse for being a sloth)

Will be overseas from sunday to thursday!

Not exactly eager but oh, well. I don't know why but I just don't feel like taking a plane. It just makes you feel all uncomfortable and queasy. Yuck yuck.

Sorry for the lack of updates but I really have no mood to blog. At all. Beats me. Oh yes, sorry for neglecting the tags too!  Haha. Would get about to replying them when I feel like it. Promise!

Thank you to all the magnificent people who tagged me even though I've kinda been ignoring them (heh). It's not on purpose tho! Serious! I'll reply it........ someday. Hehe. Just have patience! Good things happen to those who wait y'know.

Schadenfreude

I feel like crying now and I have no idea why.

And it's not because its emo firday! Haha. I just like crying, I guess. It's really a great outlet for you to express your emotions. You should try it to.

Fine. Maybe I'm just crazy.

And I have no idea why "sweetest girl" is on replay mode right now. It's quite an annoying song actually. Heh. Oh well, I'm not obliged to aanswer that since I've already stated that I'm crazy. Oh yes, I think there's no ting xie on Monday! Like omg, perfect! Ting xie spoils the weekends. Haha.

Netball today was reasonably fun and I'm glad that I've managed to talk to some people who I never thought I would even talk to before. They were surprisingly nice also! I guess the fact that we didn't even do much for netball also adds to my happiness though.

I neeeeed to talk to someoneeeeee.

Anyone wants to hear and tolerate all my crap?

A big "thank you" to the sec 4's last year as we now have a one day holiday (Monday) after CNY to celebrate the great results. Great, I sound so shallow right now. Haha. I'm seriously grateful for the holiday cause I thought that it was never gonna happen at all!

Man, My mom should just stop baking them and tempting me with those yummy treats!

I know how you feel but I don't know what to do to make you feel better.

Life

So, I was basically looking through someone's blog and when I came across this picture I suddenly thought of something.

Life, that is.

It's weird how something no one can  fully explain bears so much resemblance to an inanimate object like the ferris wheel. We're just like the carriages and life is one big ride. Sometimes you'll be at the peak with the best view, the best standing, with people looking up to you, wanting to be like you and the next moment you can be the one at the bottom, looking at others who have it better than you in envy, wondering what it is that you lack to be of a lower status compared to them. But no matter what, every carriage goes through the same thing and no one carriage remains at the top, or bottom, forever. I guess it just goes to show that life isn't always smooth sailing and there will be the ups and downs (literally), but you won't be experiencing the "downs" for long and neither will you be living the "ups" forever.

Let's just treasure every moment, albeit good or bad, alright?

Besides, how would you be able to truly savour and appreciate the goodness and beauty that comes with being "up" if you haven't hit rock bottom before? I guess it's only when you've been through circumstances and situations that aren't exactly nice and absolutely comforting that you'll learn to grasp every opportunity to make yourself a happier, better or more wholesome person both physically and mentally.

Who knows? You might just be on your way to an "up" or moving right down anytime soon.

Just remember: "Don't let anyone take away your happiness cause it's yours."
